Yes, it’s that time of year again, time for the great Illinois get together and I am so excited to go!

I was just talking to Dr. Justin Tuttle of the Peoria Chiropractor Clinic and explained to him that I haven’t been to the fair in a very long time, so this year is going to be a big treat. I used to go every year as a kid, begging my parents to buy a bag of cotton candy, or a caramel apple with nuts. Pleading with them to let me play a fun carnival games, and ride a new cool ride. The State Fair meant I would spend all of my allowance in one place, hoping to find the best rides and games.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve learned to appreciate the fair for other reasons, namely the fried food & people watching. It’s the one time of year I eat without guilt. After all, the State Fair only comes around once a year! You name it, the fair more than likely has that food. And the best part is trying the new vendor food booths. It’s true, those are the reasons I go.
If you’re into music there is a concert to satisfy the music lover in you. Whether it’s country, classical, or something else entirely, each night sees different genres of performances.
There’s nothing quite like the sights, sounds & smells at the Illinois State Fair.
After my day of walking the Illinois State Fair, I’m looking forward to my already schedule appointment at the Peoria Chiropractor Clinic of Dr. Justin Tuttle.
